Report a bug

Open an issue at github.com/recursivlabs or email hello@recursiv.io. A useful report includes:

  • What you did and what you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened, including the full error message.
  • The error code and status if the SDK threw a RecursivError (see Errors & Limits).
  • A minimal code snippet that reproduces the problem.
  • The SDK version and your runtime (Node version, browser, or React Native).

Status

Check status.recursiv.io for platform uptime and incident history. This is the place to look first when something that worked yesterday stops responding today.
