## Report a bug

Open an issue at [github.com/recursivlabs](https://github.com/recursivlabs) or email [hello@recursiv.io](mailto:hello@recursiv.io). A useful report includes:

* What you did and what you expected to happen.
* What actually happened, including the full error message.
* The error `code` and `status` if the SDK threw a `RecursivError` (see [Errors & Limits](/guides/operations/errors-limits)).
* A minimal code snippet that reproduces the problem.
* The SDK version and your runtime (Node version, browser, or React Native).

## Status

Check [status.recursiv.io](https://status.recursiv.io) for platform uptime and incident history. This is the place to look first when something that worked yesterday stops responding today.
